These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by RASM through rasmhost.com. By registering or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our hosting services for:

• Hosting illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Distributing malware, phishing pages, or conducting DDoS attacks.
• Any activity that violates Indian law, including the IT Act 2000 and its amendments.
• Mining cryptocurrency or running resource-intensive background processes without prior written approval.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, force majeure, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payments & Billing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Hosting plans are billed annually or as specified at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• GST invoices are issued for all transactions.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay outstanding dues, or engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or other customers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on rasmhost.com is the property of RASM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RASM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.

10. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
